We want every client to feel confident investing in our services. This policy sets out when refunds are available.
If work has not yet commenced on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of your setup fee. Once the strategy session has taken place or design work has begun, the setup fee is non-refundable as significant time and expertise has been invested.
Annual management fees are non-refundable once the renewal period has begun. If you wish to cancel ongoing management, please give us 30 days notice and we will not charge for the following renewal period.
Commission is only charged on sales we successfully close on your behalf. There is no upfront fee and therefore no refund applicable.
