We provide bespoke website builds, ongoing website management, and sales and enquiry management for artists, galleries, and creative businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Payment is due as agreed at the point of engagement. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of work until payment is received. Renewal fees are due annually and non-payment may result in suspension of management services.
Upon full payment, the client owns the website content and design we create for them. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for any loss of earnings, loss of data, or indirect losses arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
We do not guarantee specific sales results, collector enquiries, or revenue outcomes from our services. Results depend on many factors including the client's work, pricing, and marketing activity.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
